And how wordpress saved image
You may be wondering why one photo is born with so many different images and each one will contain a different size? The reason is that by default WordPress will automatically cut an image into different sizes so that you can select and insert images with the desired size. By default, WordPress will automatically generate an image of 3 different images (including the original image of 4) and 3 generated sizes you can set at Dashboard -> Settings -> Media.
You can resize these 3 sizes to the desired size. If you don’t want it to generate itself, simply set the entire dimension value to 0 (including Width and Height). But remember, your settings only take effect in the photos that are uploaded later, so the old images that were born will still exist. But do not worry, after you finish this lesson I will have a solution for you to delete unused images to ease.
