Manage user on wordpress
When a WordPress website is created, it does not mean that only you are allowed to use and administer the website, but you can also create additional users (or open the self-registration function to let others register themselves). (Open in Settings -> General and check “Anyone can register”) and set them to the user groups you need. Each user group available in WordPress has its own rights in which the high right group especially the Administrator – is allowed to use the full rights of Dashboard like you.
Let me give you an example, you want to add a user who can create post to your website but they do not have permission to edit other posts? Or a user can only edit posts without creating new posts ? That’s why we need to use mange user feature in wordpress. It’s simple, powerful, with a lot of customization, and you can even create new user groups with your own custom permissions.
How to create new user in wordpress
To create new user in wordpress, you go to Dashboard -> Users -> Add New, here you will need to declare the information for the user you want to create. The information without the required word is not required to declare.

After entering the user information, click the Add New User button to start creating a new user.
After creating the user, you can view the list of users currently on the website at Dashboard -> Users -> All Users.
To edit user information, simply click on the username to edit.
In the next article I will explain more clearly about the role of each group of users so you can better understand and set up correctly.
